Façade, wall and roof cladding design

We design façades as well as wall and roof cladding for industrial and public buildings - from concept to execution-ready documentation. We work on halls and buildings, as well as structures such as canopies, shelters and bus/tram stops. We deliver designs for a wide range of façade and roof/wall cladding systems, selected to match the function, aesthetics and operating conditions. We also develop flashings, details and coordinate fixings and system-related solutions.

Scope of service

Concept & system selection: technical and architectural requirements, modular layout, cladding build-up and coordination with architecture and functional needs.
Cladding layout planning: layout plans for walls, façades and roofs, divisions, zones, installation direction and edge/termination solutions.
Detailed design & coordination: details (corners, parapets, eaves, plinths, reveals, penetrations) and interface coordination with steelwork, drainage, fire-safety requirements and MEP.
Ventilated façades and cladding systems: panel/cassette layout, fixing and subframe details, joint/edge solutions and finishing details.
Flashings: design and schedules of flashings (terminations, covers, edge and opening details) – scope agreed per project.
Fixings and system components: coordination of fixings, connectors and system components together with the supplier or contractor.
